At Courtside Tennis & Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and racquet plastic wrap intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
