It has a flexible support shell, which sets it apart from the EX and EX+MP models, making it ideal for individuals with low to high arches. This insole works best in moderate to high volume footwear. Not only does it help alleviate plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, and achilles tendonitis, but it also prevents these common foot, knee, and hip injuries. The anti-microbial low friction top cover provides moisture control and odor protection, while the insole can be trimmed to fit around the forefoot as needed. The Cadence Original Orange is 7mm thick in the heel and ball of the foot, tapering to 5mm at the toes and with an arch height of 31mm.
